A manager who is using the system to get feedback about his or her behaviour is a participant. Any group of managers using the same system (Front Line Manager or Senior Manager) at the same time comprise a project. For one participant, you need one Project set up and one Participant processing. For each extra participant in the project (if any) you need one more Participant processing.

Add on consultant facilitated feedback
We recommend that participants should not be left to figure out for themselves what the feedback means and what they should do about it. They (and their employer) will get much more benefit if they receive their feedback as part of a consultation with a trained facilitator. The outcome will be a personal development plan constructed by the participant with the guidance and support of the consultant.
The best way to do this is through a face to face meeting but for reasons of convenience or economy it can be handled by telephone.
