Could you be a QUANTIFY consultant?

As a Franchised QUANTIFY consultant, you’ll provide employee and customer survey research services to corporate clients:

  • Employee satisfaction surveys
  • Customer satisfaction surveys
  • 360° appraisal systems (Multi-source Management Feedback)
  • Leaver surveys
  • Internal customer satisfaction surveys
  • Panel database management

You will:

  • Own and operate an independent business,
  • use our system,
  • observe our high standards,
  • be supported by HQ and other consultants,
  • be in business for yourself but not by yourself
  • make a good income .

You will:

  • advise clients,
  • develop questionnaires,
  • interpret clients’ results
  • help clients to make the most of the management data their survey produces.

You need:

  • Graduate or equivalent professional qualification
  • Commercial experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Interest in delivering excellent customer service
  • Typical initial investment £3,000 to £6,000 including setting up an office from scratch
