About Quantify - Employee and Customer Satisfaction Surveys

Why Choose Quantify?

  • Small
We are a small business, so your project   is important to us. We want you to use us again so we go out of our way to make sure you are pleased with our service. And with QUANTIFY, your contact is authorised to commit the company, so will not need to refer to superiors before agreeing to do what you want.
  • Specialist
We specialise in employee and customer satisfaction research.
  • Speed
Unless you set some very complex reporting needs, you will have your reports no more than two weeks after the survey closes. See our Service Guarantee.
  • Flexibility
We do what you want. To get the services you want, with QUANTIFY you don't have to buy a package including a lot of services you don't need. If you wish, you can brief us and hand over the survey project entirely to us. Or you can do some of the work in house and use QUANTIFY to do the rest. You also choose how your results are reported.
    • For lowest cost, choose one of our standard report formats. The QUISH package includes one standard report of your choice relating to each subset
    • To meet a particular need, describe to us how you would like your outputs to appear. We choose suitable software and set it up to produce the bespoke report or graph you visualised.
  • Professional
Governed by the codes of professional conduct of the Institute of Management Consultancy and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, we conduct our business to the highest ethical and professional standards.
  • Value for money
We keep our overheads low, and our fees are therefore correspondingly low.

Service Guarantee

Surveys conducted free of charge?

We deliver your outputs fast, or there's no charge for the whole project.

Provided you choose one of our standard reporting formats and as long as informants' responses are returned directly to us (not to you and then forwarded in a big parcel), we will deliver your results no later than two weeks after you instruct us to accept no further responses. If we ever miss this deadline, we will waive our entire fee for the project.
